Delivery
All orders are
dispatched as soon as possible but please allow upto 14 days for
delivery. In rare circumstances, due to the handmade nature of
the products it may take a little longer. For other destinations
and overseas orders please email us with your order details. Please
ensure all details are accurately and confirm your address if
necessary by emailing me at lizmort@hotmail.co.uk
Returns
We hope you will
be delighted with your order, however, if you are not happy for
any reason please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the
goods. Return them to us in their original packaging for a replacement
or refund. Please note postage and packaging costs are not refundable.
When returning goods the package is your responsibility until
it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you obtain a certificate
of posting.
We take great care
to ensure that descriptions, specifications and colour reproductions
of products are as accurate as possible. Exact colour matches
to web photographs cannot be guaranteed.

the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance

Castles is for internal use only. We do not sell or pass on any

the details are handled through Paypal secure server. The secure
server software encrypts the information that you input before
it is transmitted. All sensitive transaction information is encrypted
using SSL certificates. No card information is passed unencrypted.
